Support information: Unfortunately Mavericks sends Scheduler for iTunes to sleep with new “App Nap” function when Scheduler for iTunes is in background. To prevent go to Application folder. Select Scheduler for iTunes. Get Info (Finder command Command-I). Enable “Prevent App Nap”. Restart Scheduler for iTunes to apply new setting.
